How to Write a Nylon Fishing Netting Specification
A useful nylon fishing-netting enquiry keeps the material, line or ply, knot, mesh convention, depth, length and order details in one comparable format. The examples below show how to organize the fields; replace every example value with the buyer’s actual requirement.
Custom production range
Review the Custom Range Before Building the RFQ
Use this overview to identify the main buying fields, then confirm the exact filament, line or ply, knot, mesh convention, MD depth, length, color, quantity and packing in the RFQ.

Interactive RFQ tool
Build a Quote-Ready Nylon Netting Specification
Complete the fields you know. The tool creates a structured line that can be copied or transferred into the quotation form. Unknown fields may be left blank and reviewed with a photo or sample.
This tool organizes buyer inputs only. It does not calculate price, confirm stock, approve legal mesh requirements or replace the final quotation and approved specification.
Practical comparison

Put the Technical Fields in One Line
A clear monofilament format is: nylon mono · 0.20 mm × 55 mm mesh × 100 MD × 100 m · single knot · green. A multifilament format is: nylon multi · 210D/6 ply × 1-1/2 inch mesh × 100 MD × 100 m · double knot · natural white. These values demonstrate the format only and are not stock specifications.
State How the Mesh Is Measured
Do not send a mesh number without its unit and measurement convention. Add millimetres, centimetres or inches and state whether the value is stretched mesh, full mesh, half mesh or another buyer-approved convention. Attach a ruler photo or sample when terminology may differ.
Separate Every Mixed-Order Line Item
For a mixed 1 metric ton order, list each approved color, monofilament diameter or 210D ply and mesh as a separate line. Add the allocated weight, depth, length and packing identification so the quotation and packed bundles describe the same specification.
Buyer Questions
Which fields are needed for a nylon fishing netting quote?
Send filament type, monofilament diameter or multifilament 210D ply, knot construction, mesh with measurement method, depth in MD or finished height, length, color, quantity, packing and destination.
How should 210D multifilament netting be written?
Write the full denier and ply notation, such as 210D/6 ply, then add knot, mesh convention, MD, length, color, quantity and packing. The stated value must match the buyer requirement.
Can a product photo replace the specification?
A photo can begin the review, but it cannot reliably prove line diameter, ply, mesh convention, knot construction or panel dimensions. Measurable fields are required before approval.
Can several specifications share the 1-ton MOQ?
Yes. An approved order from 1 metric ton can mix colors, line diameters or ply counts and mesh sizes, subject to allocation, production grouping and packing confirmation.
