Returns and Claims

Fishing-net and netting orders are commonly prepared to agreed specifications. Return, replacement or claim terms therefore depend on the written quotation, order confirmation and applicable inspection agreement.

Inspection on receipt

Check package count, external condition, labels and accessible product details promptly after receipt. Keep the original packing and transport records when a discrepancy is found.

Reporting a discrepancy

Contact us within the period stated in the applicable order documents. Include the order reference, affected quantity, specification at issue, clear photos or video, packing labels and an explanation of the requested resolution.

Review process

The parties will compare the evidence with the approved specification, sample, order and available inspection records. Do not return goods without written return instructions.
