Shipping arrangements vary by product, quantity, packing method, destination, transport availability and the delivery terms agreed in writing.

Before order confirmation

Please provide the destination country, city or port, preferred transport method, consignee requirements, packing marks and any document needs. The quotation should identify the applicable delivery scope and responsibilities.

Packing and handover

Bundle count, labels, shipping marks and available packing references should be confirmed before handover. Photos or other follow-up records can be discussed where applicable.

Transit and destination charges

Transit times are estimates unless otherwise agreed. Customs clearance, duties, taxes, inspections, storage, demurrage and destination charges depend on the written trade and delivery terms.
