One inner panel, two outer panels
Specify a Three-Layer Trammel Net Without Guesswork
A three-layer quote needs two mesh descriptions, not one. The inner netting and the paired outer panels perform different structural roles, while the upper and lower edges decide whether the supplied build is sinking, floating or fitted with a rope-wrapped lead arrangement.

Three buying decisions
Panel relationship
State the inner-panel mesh and line separately from the outer-panel mesh and line. If only a local name is available, provide a ruler photograph or sample; do not convert 7 fen–9 zhi without an agreed method.
Upper edge
A floating version requires the float dimensions, spacing and rope construction. A sinking version may still have an upper rope or floats, so the complete edge arrangement should be photographed.
Lower edge
Identify discrete sinkers, ordinary weighted rope, or rope-wrapped lead pieces. Give unit weight, spacing or mass per finished length wherever possible.
Compare the available builds
| Three-layer sinking | Inner and outer mesh pair plus a buyer-approved lower-weight setup. Best quoted from a complete edge photograph. |
|---|---|
| Three-layer floating | Inner and outer panel pair plus floatline data. Float interval and lower-edge configuration are both required. |
| Rope-wrapped lead sinking | A visible rope-wrapped lead arrangement along the lower edge. It is not described as continuous lead-core or rubber-coated unless verified. |
Sinking trammel configuration
Use this route when the lower weight and panel combination match a conventional sinking assembly.
Floating trammel configuration
Use this route when floatline balance is central to the approved finished product.
Rope-wrapped lead construction
Use this route when the wrapped lead elements must match the current wholesale item.
Quotation checklist
Provide inner mesh, outer mesh, the measurement method for each, netting-line specification, finished length and height, hanging or mounting reference if important, upper rope, floats, lower rope, sinker or lead arrangement, color, pieces per bale, labels, quantity per version and destination.
