Three panels / floatline arrangement

Three-Layer Floating Trammel Net

This construction combines an inner panel, two outer panels and a buyer-approved floatline. The vertical balance comes from the complete upper and lower edge system, so float details alone are not enough to reproduce an existing wholesale item.

Four variables that change the finished build

  1. Inner mesh: size, measurement method, netting line and panel reference.
  2. Outer mesh: separate size and line for the paired outer panels.
  3. Floatline: float shape, dimensions, hole, interval, upper rope and attachment pattern.
  4. Lower edge: rope and any weights required to create the approved balance.
Finished length 50m and 100m are reference units; other lengths are discussed from the sample.
Mounted height 0.8m–6m reference range; panel depth and finished height must not be interchanged.
Netting line 0.08mm–0.25mm reference range, confirmed independently for inner and outer panels if they differ.
Mesh language Convert local names into mm/inch and identify the measurement method before approval.
Float arrangement Measured body, spacing or count per finished unit, upper-rope detail and required balance.

Useful evidence for a repeat-SKU match

Photograph the bundled unit, spread a section so all three panels can be seen, place a ruler beside both meshes, capture a close-up of one knot/line, measure the float, count floats across a known distance and show the lower edge. Add one packing photo with labels visible. This evidence is more reliable than a product nickname.

Specification approval

The quotation repeats panel, float, rope, lower-edge, size, quantity and packing fields. Unverified material is left open until a sample or agreed technical description is available.

Production planning

Normal planning is around 15–25 days. A non-standard float interval, mixed panel combination, custom label or high volume receives a confirmed schedule.

Trial quantity

The finished-net MOQ is 100 pieces for one specification. Trial orders are accepted from that quantity, not as a zero-MOQ sample promise.

Receiving checks for a floating trammel SKU

At receiving, a wholesaler can count floats across a known distance, compare the upper-rope diameter, inspect both outer panels, measure the inner mesh and verify pieces per bundle. The lower edge should also match the approved photograph because two products can share the same floatline while using different weight or rope arrangements.

For a repeat order, keep one approved sample sealed and label it with the quotation version. If the float body or panel pairing changes, treat the revision as a new SKU and confirm the new packing weight. This reduces confusion when distributors use one local product name for several constructions.

Information that remains outside the product page

Operating depth, permitted fishing method, target species and water-body rules are not inferred from “floating.” The buyer should obtain current local guidance and then tell us the lawful construction to review. No catch result, durability period or suitability guarantee is stated from the configuration alone.

Use the three-layer sinking specification for a weight-led lower edge, or review floatline and lower-edge components when the buyer will complete the assembly locally.
